I know a good agent, because I've had bad ones. Harold Newbill (the owner) is excellent. And because Harold is excellent, the agency is excellent. Harold is smart, helpful and a great listener. He gets back with you quickly when you leave a message. He's detail oriented -- which is very important with insurance. I'm a very happy customer, and when someone does a good job, I feel obliged to let others know.
